WHAT: TownMall of Westminster is Carroll County’s best shopping destination this holiday season. Visitors can enjoy stores like Belk’s, Boscov’s, DICK’S Sporting Goods, and more than 80 places to shop and dine. Seasonal stores including Hickory Farms, GO Calendars, Games & Toys and Four County Society of Model Trains display are open just in time for the holidays.
Stores will be offering their best sales of the season beginning with the biggest shopping event of the year, Black Friday. The mall will offer extended shopping hours on Black Friday so shoppers can take advantage of sales and discounts at stores across the mall.
Shoppers can also enjoy holiday events and fun for the whole family all season long. The fun kicks off with Santa’s arrival on Saturday, Nov. 17 and continues through December with Santa photos, pet photos with Santa and Breakfast & Movie with Santa.

Saturday, Nov. 17, 12pm
Join Snowcap the Polar Bear, Rudolph, a strolling Jazz Trio and other seasonal characters as they parade Santa throughout TownMall of Westminster. Parade begins in the Belk Court and ends at Center Court. After the parade, enjoy free face painting and balloon art.
