Spring has sprung at TownMall of Westminster. Carroll County’s shopping destination is preparing for the arrival of the Easter Bunny and offering shoppers the latest spring fashion and products.
TownMall of Westminster is excited to welcome new stores Diamond City and Bentley Apparel & Gifts. The mall has also added an additional location for COB51 Art Studio, which offers kids and adult art parties, lessons and fundraisers.
Shoppers can find the latest spring trends and accessories at stores like New York & Company, Christopher & Banks and Claire’s, fresh spring scents at Bath & Body Works, get a haircut for spring at Hair Cuttery, and the latest entertainment at FYE.

Easter Bunny Arrival Parade
Saturday, March 30, 12 pm
Join seasonal characters and a Strolling Jazz Trio as they Parade the Easter Bunny throughout TownMall of Westminster. Parade begins in the Belk Court and ends in Center Court. After the parade enjoy free face painting and receive a balloon art.
